Before making an appointment or visiting our clinic, you may have some questions: What types of care are offered? Is it covered by the RAMQ? How much does it cost? Because it's normal to want to understand everything before receiving care, we've compiled answers to the most frequently asked questions about our nursing services, home care, rates, and how we operate. If you can't find what you're looking for, don't hesitate to contact us—we're here to support you every step of the way.
1. What types of care are offered at the Santé STAT clinic ?
We offer a full range of in-clinic healthcare and aesthetic medicine services, home care services, and medical testing and sampling. Whether you need a consultation, health check-up, specialized care, or prescription testing, you'll find everything you need with us. Our care is available to the whole family, from children to seniors.
2. Are your services covered by RAMQ or private insurance?
Our services are offered in a private healthcare clinic, so they are not covered by RAMQ. However, several private and group insurance plans reimburse a portion of the costs. We will provide you with the necessary receipts so that you can submit your claims to your insurer.

5. Do you offer home care for seniors or people with reduced independence?
Yes. Our home care services are perfectly suited for seniors, people in recovery, or those with reduced independence. We also offer support to caregivers, end-of-life care, and home support with respect, dignity, and continuity.

8. What is the difference between your clinic and a CLSC?
Clinique Santé STAT is a private clinic, which means we don't have the same delays or constraints as a CLSC. You have access to care quickly, with personalized and humane follow-up, whether in the clinic or at home. Our care is provided in accordance with the highest standards of nursing practice.
9. What are the rates for consultations or care?
Rates vary depending on the type of care, its duration, and whether it is provided in the clinic or at home. We will always provide you with a clear estimate before any treatment, and you will receive an official receipt for your insurance, if applicable. Learn more about our rates here, and for an accurate estimate, please call us.
10. Are your services available in the evenings or on weekends?
Yes. We have extended hours, including weekends, to better accommodate your schedule. Our clinic is open 7 days a week. Check our schedule or contact us to find out about our upcoming availability.
